Burnt Store Colony has a contract with Star Hospitality Management, Inc. to provide management services for the community. Under this contract Star provides our Community Association Manager (CAM), which we are required to have in place under Florida law, and our Administration Assistant. Star also provides payroll services for our Custodian who actually reports the BSC Board of Directors. Below are two documents which describe Star Management, their background and the services they provide. Please note that these documents are general in scope and some activities and duties may not be applicable to BSC.
