Burnt Store Colony, or BSC as we fondly call ourselves, is a highly sought after, resident owned, 55+ gated community of only 236 manufactured homes located on Burnt Store Road, in Punta Gorda, Florida.  In 2022 the Southwest Gulf Coast Community AssociationInstitute voted BSC one of the top three South West Gulf Coast communities in which to live.

 

The town of Punta Gorda is a charming, historic waterfront town situated on pristine Charlotte Harbor and the entrance to the Peace River.  There are plenty of unique shopping and dining opportunities.  For the golfers and fishermen, multiple golf courses and marina facilities are only minutes away and fully open to the public.
